The booklet is currently mailed monthly to 5,000-8,000 households throughout Cortez and Dolores, the exact amount depends on advertiser interest for each edition. That being said, at minimum 5,000 households are reached.

We use a google form that takes you through the step by step process to submitting all the required materials we need to design your ad. You will receive this form upon payment. There are alternative ways to submit your materials detailed in a PDF found here.

We use USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), which delivers the booklet to every household on selected routes.

No problem — we design your ad for free. Just send us your logo, offer, and any brand colors you want to use along with any images/art. Specific details for ad design can be found here.

You’ll receive a secure Stripe payment link after you reserve your spot. Once payment is completed, we’ll send you the content submission form and deadlines. Payment is required upfront to hold your placement.

That’s absolutely fine! Although we do recommend offering some sort of deal in your ad, you can still advertise with us without one.

You get 2 revision rounds. You will get a first proof and a final proof before approval.
